ReplyDeleteI'm afraid the Teena Marie track is not on the new "M&M mixes" CD. It was part of an unreleased project commissioned and then dropped by Motown (along with the great version of "Big Time" by Rick James I've played a couple of times). John Morales was kind enough to share many of his unreleased mixes, so I'll be playing them from show to show!
The "M&M mixes vol.2" CD really is rather special though and well worth getting! Although BBE Records have kept some of the better - and longer! - mixes for vinyl release and made some of the instrumentals and Dubs only available as downloads from their site.
